Dr. Bill Thomas discusses his fourth book which is dedicated to helping older people and their families perfect the process of “aging magnificently.” Thomas has spent many years working to combat ageism in American society. He continues to be a “culture change” leader who seeks to humanize how we treat and care for our elders, especially in institutions like nursing homes.
