ADMINISTRATIVE
Goal: Our organization operates very efficiently. We have a large number of volunteers who are committed to helping make the Village succesful. We also have a large number of members who are receiving quality and effective services from the Village.

 

PARTNERSHIP & FUNDRAISING
Goal:  The Village at Kentlands & Lakelands has sufficient financial reserves to support and sustain the Village for several years.

 

COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING
Goal:  The communication efforts build awareness and enthusiasm for the Village which encourages people to volunteer and/or become social and service members and participate in the many activities. 

 

PROGRAM & EVENTS
Goal:  The Village sponsors a range of social and cultural programs and events for Lakelands & Kentlands residents 55 and over as well as for people with disabilities that increase their social connectedness.
