What is this?
Bob Levey Presents: The Golden Era at The Washington Post.
Please join the Village at Kentlands and Lakelands for a special presentation by Bob Levey, a prize winning journalist who has covered the Washington scene since the Johnson Administration. For 23 years, Mr. Levey wrote a daily column, “Bob Levey’s Washington” for The Washington Post. He was named one of the most popular columnists in Washington by Washingtonian magazine for his Post column. In 1999, he was named Washingtonian of the Year by the magazine in recognition of his community service through his column and as a hands-on volunteer. He is the author or co-author of three journalism books. During his presentation Mr. Levey will relate insider tales about Ben Bradlee, Bob Woodward, Carl Bernstein, Katherine Graham and others. There will be an opportunity to purchase a signed copy of Mr. Levey’s novel, Larry Felder, Candidate, a searching snapshot at how difficult it can be to attain a lifelong dream in politics.
